Words and images - powerful elements of our everyday life. Most of the time we take them for granted, but sometimes something happens to make you aware of how important they are... and how thankful you are to have the opportunity to use or appreciate them. Well I have been trying to catch up as well because I was so busy last week I haven't even been able to steal a glance of the friends I have out here. Funny that you say you never received a Valentines card because I had singled you out as one that I would make a card for since I've gone totally soft on you.
It was going to say;
"Dear Valentine;
You make me want to ..." and then you open it and its got pictures of "ME"
only i look more cuter in a fuzzy animal sort of way, and i am cooking an omelette, and pancakes, and i'm turning a light switch of and back on, and I have a chair that I have turned upside down...
And the card says "FLIP"and the very last picture is me wearing a Wig just like yours!

to rise again the next morning
but when is Annelisa returning
must have been a late evening

Love your poems - There was something streaming, but it wasn't passion, for sure (I'm dosed up on lemsips at the moment... yep, caught something of what the kiddies had, I think [though it seems to be different, so maybe I got this one all on my own!]

Hi Farris! So, what are sunsets like out your way?

Today was grey but, for some reason, we've had a heck of a lot of real nice sunsets recently. Glad to be able to share them!

Kids are on the mend... and I'm just dosing myself up so I can get to work tomorrow (hurray! [not])
